Terms and Conditions: Nursing OSCE Training Centre Instalment Plan
1. Payment Terms
1.1. Participants opting for the instalment plan must adhere to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrolment.
1.2. Payments must be made on or before the due date specified in the instalment plan. Late payments will incur a late fee of $15.00.
1.3. Failure to make payments on time will result in suspension of access to learning resources, materials, and services until the overdue amount is settled.
1.4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their account details for direct debit are accurate and up-to-date. Participants must inform the Nursing OSCE Training Centre (NOTC) of any updates to their account details in a timely manner.
1.5. All instalment payments will include a transaction fee of 1% of the payment amount plus $0.40.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the course, non-completion, or failure to attend scheduled sessions.
3. Participant Responsibilities
3.1. Participants must ensure that sufficient funds are available in their nominated account for the scheduled direct debit. Any dishonored payments may incur additional charges by the participant’s financial institution.
3.2. Participants are required to notify NOTC of any changes to their contact details or banking information at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment.
3.3. Participants agree to honour the full amount of the instalment plan once the agreement is signed, regardless of any personal circumstances.
4. Learning Resource Access
4.1. Access to the NOTC learning platform, materials, and services is conditional upon compliance with the payment terms. NOTC reserves the right to restrict access until all overdue payments, including any late fees, are cleared.
5. Legal Compliance
5.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
5.2. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
5.3. NOTC complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Participants are entitled to remedies under the ACL if the services provided fail to meet guarantees, such as being delivered with due care and skill or as advertised.
6. Privacy and Data Security
6.1. Personal and payment information provided by participants will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
6.2. NOTC will take reasonable steps to secure participants’ information from unauthorised access or disclosure. However, participants acknowledge that NOTC is not liable for any breaches of security caused by external factors beyond its control.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1. NOTC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to all future payments and interactions.
