Nursing OSCE Training Centre – Education Agent Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Nursing OSCE Training Centre ("we," "us," or "the Centre") and students ("you" or "the student") who avail our services as their Education Agent in Australia. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Centre will act as your authorized Education Agent, providing services including but not limited to:

  • Assistance with course selection and enrolment.
  • Guidance on completing applications and compiling documentation.
  • Liaison with educational institutions on your behalf.
  • Advice on visa processes related to education (non-immigration purposes).

1.2 The Centre does not guarantee admission to any institution or visa approval, as these are subject to the discretion of the respective authorities.


2. Responsibilities of the Student

2.1 Provision of Accurate Information:

  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the application process.
  • You must disclose any past academic or visa refusals, if applicable.

2.2 Submission of Documents:

  • You are responsible for submitting all required documents in a timely manner, including certified true copies where necessary.

2.3 Communication:

  • You agree to promptly respond to requests for information or documentation.

2.4 Compliance:

  • You must comply with all requirements and deadlines set by educational institutions and relevant authorities.


3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Service Fees:

  • Any service fees charged by the Centre will be clearly communicated before the commencement of services.

3.2 Third-Party Fees:

  • You are responsible for paying fees directly to educational institutions, testing centers, or government agencies, as applicable.

3.3 Refund Policy:

  • Service fees paid to the Centre are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.


4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Centre is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by educational institutions or visa authorities.
  • Delays caused by the student’s failure to provide accurate or timely information.
  • Changes in immigration policies or educational institution policies beyond our control.

4.2 The Centre’s liability is limited to the value of the service fees paid by the student.


5. Termination of Services

5.1 By the Student:

  • You may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice.

5.2 By the Centre:

  • The Centre reserves the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or provide fraudulent information.

5.3 In the event of termination, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.


6. Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1 The Centre will handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
6.2 Your data will only be shared with relevant parties, such as educational institutions or government authorities, as necessary for providing services.


7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.


8. Amendments

  • The Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
